Maurice Goode Jr '16 Recruiting Profile

I am a  junior at Glen Allen High School in Richmond, Virginia. Track has been apart of my life since the 6th grade. Yes, I am registered with the NCAA Eligibility Center. Some describe me as an athlete; others know me as a scholar. My teachers and coaches say that I'm talented both in the classroom and on the track. I want to be remembered as an excellent student, not just as an amazing athlete. To be honest, I prefer to think about others before I do myself. This is why I'm grateful to express my passion for community and service. On my free time I spend my time at the local Children's Museum. At my school I have retained perfect attendance and honor roll my entire school career. Last year, I was an all-academic football player. At my high school, I'm apart of the DECA Club, TSA Club, 11th Grade PTSA Representative, Partners For Success (Peer Tutoring), and apart of the track and field team. In my opinion, I feel that being a part of a team will be beneficial in making me a better overall person.
