Gavin Price '27 Recruiting Profile

I have only started football this summer thinking I wouldn’t like it and I would end up staying with baseball. Little would I know that now every time I step onto the field practice or game my head clears of any mistakes I have made or any conflicts I have and I have one goal and it’s to be the best person I can be and what I can control. Playing in college is a dream that I find bigger than anything else in life besides becoming a marine biologist. It is amazing how I can have such a passion for a sport I just recently started playing and I want to take it to the next level. My entire life I have been put in positions for baseball to exceed my expectations and become the leader I should be. Being the youngest player on every team I’ve played on I’ve had to step up and be a leader and a role model for other people and do what I should be doing while pointing my teammates in the right direction.
