Deacon Beamer '18 Recruiting Profile

    My name is Deacon Phillippi Beamer, I live in Wytheville, VA, and currently a Junior at George Wythe High School.   I have a 3.6 GPA while earning 21 college credits this school year.

    This season on the field was very successful for my team, and myself.  I led our team to a record of 12-2, reaching the state semifinals for the second season in a row.  As a starter on varsity, I have compiled a record of 25-4.  This season I threw for 1,827 yards and 22tds, while rushing for 8tds.  In my high school career, I have thrown for 3,422 yards and 37tds (both second in school history) and rushing for 20tds.  

    I am interest in any school that is interested in me.  Playing college football has always been something that I have dreamed of, and I am doing everything in my power to make it happen.  I believe that my strong work ethic in the classroom and in the weight room will soon pay off while preparing for my Senior season.
