Jed Schleimer '17 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jed Schleimer. I participate in football and basketball at Mount Baker High School in Deming, Washington while attending Whatcom Community College as a Home school/Running Start Student.  I am  a high school senior studying for a AA transfer degree at WCC.  My collegiate aspirations are to get a degree in business, possibly earning a scholarship while playing football at the next level.  Having experience taking college courses, I feel that I can enter a 4 year school knowing a little more of the academic expectations than most incoming freshman. This step up will help me to focus more on football.  On the field, I'm very coachable, and if I make a mistake in a game or practice, you can count on me to not let it happen again. I am always striving to get better by putting in extra time and working my tail off.
