ALOHA, my name is La'akea Asuega-Stark. Im Involved with multiple community youth programs, I volunteer as a referee/ assistant to help my strength and conditioning coach Cody Nakamura.
My goals are to help with our local youth programs teaching them to be strong student athletes, staying humble and always giving back to our community. During this pandemic, I have kept my high school team active by organizing work outs and started a pylon football team.
My pylon team has volunteered every Saturday with our community youth flag/pylon leagues giving back to our youth and being positive role models. I am blessed to have an amazing supportive family, that continues to push me to be the best student/ athlete/brother and family man that I can be. Most of all, I want to reach my goals in playing college football, earning a scholarship and be the best person/student/teammate on and off the field.
A potential college scholarship opportunity will help me reach one of the goals in my life, by allowing me to help give back to my family with the college expenses since they have sacrificed so much for me and my family.
Lastly I want you and your programs to know, that I am hungry, a team player, competitive, humble, motivated and I bring aloha with me everywhere I go. I'm ready for a challenge and I can't wait to meet anyone who wants to take a chance with this kid from Maui, Hawaii.
MAHALO for you time.....
