Sam Michotte '22 Recruiting Profile

I moved from Europe 3 month ago. I wanted to try football, so I joined the Issaquah football team (Eagles). Before starting with the team I never played football. I am extremely athletic: biking, skiing, rugby and soccer. I have been playing soccer in a club since I was five and it was my favorite sport up until then. But 2 month of football made me change my point of view. I fell in love with the sport but also the atmosphere. Very quickly my coaches put me as their number one punter/kicker. After two months of hard work, when the season ended, with an average punt of 45 yards, and 3 second air time I have been promoted number one punter of the league (4A KingCO-Crest). It is when I knew that it could not end there. and I am ready to do whatever it takes to continue my dreams.

I  am looking for a team to represent after my high school graduation, as well as continue my studies. My current GPA is 3.  Based on my transcript from France and Amsterdam, where I was studying in an international school.

I am really dedicated to play and to train to keep improving my skills. I will give my best. That is why I will be interested in joining a college football team and a sport program. It will allow me to grow into the person I want to become.
