Gregory Roy '25 Recruiting Profile

Both my parents were college athletes and continue to be athletic and love sports, so sports have always been a part of my life. I started playing sports year-round when I was five (football, basketball, and baseball). The same for my two younger brothers. There is rarely a week in our house with no sports - it is our life, and we love it! Sports provide me with a great way to stay active, focused on goals, be challenged, be in brotherhood and in community with my teammates, be a leader, and use my athleticism and sports IQ. I have really enjoyed excelling in each sport over the years as I grew in my strength and abilities. I have continued growth ahead but what I lack with my current size, I make up for with my consistent high level of play, toughness, game knowledge, experience, situational awareness, and approach.

I am currently a Senior at Cedar Park Christian High School (Bothell, WA) and I am starting QB and Safety as captain on Varsity Football. I am also an IF/RHP/OF for Varsity Baseball and the Washington A's Baseball select program. I am fired up to really make this last year of high school my best athletic years yet! Success, however, on the field is just half the picture. I understand and appreciate the benefits that going to college can provide long term so that is why college is my next step after high school. My goal first and foremost will be to get a solid college education and if blessed, sports will absolutely be a part of that journey. I cannot wait for the right college opportunity to continue excelling academically and athletically, achieving great things on and off the field. #ForHim! Col.3:23
