Every workout, every practice, every game, every opportunity I have to help my team, I work to 110% of my ability. However, what really sets me apart from others is how I respond to adversity. I’m not always going to get the win, but I will fight for it until the end and never give up. Where other people hang their heads, I am the one motivating them to work harder and come back stronger. I have been told I am very coachable, and I strive everyday to be that. I am willing to do whatever the team needs of me. There is no atmosphere comparable to when an entire team shares a common goal and a committment to accomplishing it. There is magic in that, and I want to be a part of a team like that in college. It takes pure hard work and hunger, but I am no stranger to that. I challenge and push myself to be the best I can be on the field and in the classroom. I am taking the most challenging classes I can at my school. I’m involved in many other community service activities at my school and with young athletes. It takes discipline to balance academics, sports, and community service activities. What is so important, though, is to always love what you do. I love football. I love the game. One of the greatest parts is the brotherhood on and off the field. That is a real gift. At the next level, I hope to bring my passion, discipline, and hard work to a college football team, and to grow from there to be a better player and person.
