My name is Max Peirce and I am a 3 sport varsity athlete from Notre Dame Academy in Green Bay, WI. I will graduate in 2026 and I am interested in playing quarterback at the collegiate level.
I am looking for a college that pushes me to be the best I can be and creates an overall great college experience. I am interested in taking business coursework and am open-minded to the location of the school. I have lived in Wisconsin my whole life but am open to exploring other areas in the country as well. I am very competitive, and I want to be in a football program that values winning and a team-first mentality. Those are qualities that are important to me.
I think I would be a unique asset to a football program. I have worked individually with a former NFL quarterback since I was in grade school, as he coached me in football, baseball, and basketball. We work on quarterback fundamentals and mechanics year-round. I still have a lot to learn but I think this knowledge base will be very valuable for me going forward. Beyond that, my athleticism is something that I think sets me apart from others. I am hoping to make it to state in multiple events in track (200, 400, and discus) this year or at some point in high school. And I continue to make personal bests in the weightroom this off season, just hitting 400 lbs on my squat.
I believe some of my best qualities are my ability to lead and ability to be a student of the game. I enjoy watching film, maybe to an obsession. My teammates often look to me to lead and help guide them during games and off-the-field. I think these are very important qualities that I can bring to a collegiate program. A hard-working leader that has spent the time in the film room, with the ability to threaten with both legs and arms, is difficult to defend and scheme for.
Thank you for taking time to read this and I wish everyone a great upcoming season.
-Max
