Thanks much for viewing my profile.  Lacrosse has become a big passion of mine over the past couple of years.  It is such a great team sport.  Most importantly I am a natural leader.  Whether a close game or a blowout, you will get 100 percent effort from me.  I am constantly encouraging my teammates to do their best-and that begins every day at practice.  Lead by example.   Keep your head held high.  Always try to improve both physically and mentally.

I feel all my hard work is paying off.  I believe I can defend ANYONE in the country one on one, and am just starting to scratch the surface of my potential.  I would make an excellent addition to your team.  Vincent
