Hard work, determination and grit are the core strengths I possess as a leader on and off the field. Being the best player on the field is a goal I will never stop working towards. My mantra is nothing is given, all is earned. I work hard in school, sports, clubs, and in my faith. When I get the chance to play for a college team I will work my way to becoming a star, guaranteed. This does not make me arrogant because I am my own harshest critic. I spend my time evaluating my play, drilling concepts that I need to work on, and hitting the gym to sharpen my abilities.
