Jakobe Nix '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello I am jakobe nix I have played basketball since I was 11. Ever since I stepped on the court my love for the game exploded. I have aspired to play at the collegiate and professional level. I have strong ball handling skills, a nice jump shot from the perimeter, I know how to handle the ball, and a very high basketball IQ.  Even though I’m and young freshman, I stepped up as a leader and encouraged my teammates throughout my whole freshman season. I have a very high work ethic, I’m a very coachable player, and I strive to be the best I can be. I would say I’m one of the most hardest working players I know on my team and I love to put in work on and off the court. 

Off the court, I study hard academically and strive to keep my grades on track. I also help my parents and grandparents with things and also attend church. 

I want to attend college where I can push myself to be great on the basketball  court and in the classroom. I am a young athlete so I am open to all options and want to fund the right college match at the highest and most competitive level. I hope to be a great role model to my friends and family and hope to make my parents proud.
