Gavyn Young '27 Recruiting Profile

My coaches and trainers call me a true point guard. I love to pass and get my teammates involved. I am fine with not scoring a point as long as my team wins the game. But that doesn’t mean I can’t score! I work very hard on my ball handling, court vision, and shooting off the dribble or pass. I also work hard in the classroom. I take my grades very seriously. I am a straight A student and will strive to stay that way. My goal is to continue to work hard in everything I do and to eventually play basketball on the collegiate level. I will give my everything to my team and do whatever is needed of me to get the job done.
