I am 6'2, 180 lbs. I know that this means I have less height than some of my peers. However, I work hard. I am in the gym every morning at 5:30 am. I have focused on fundamentals and leveraging my natural shortcomings to my advantage. Footwork and ballhandling can be a tremendous advantage and are generally not equally matched by sheer athleticism. I also work hard on shooting. I scored 901 points in my junior year in high school. I'm told that's the highest points scored last year for a junior in my state. I average 33 points a game and led my team in assists, as well. I love making a great pass that contributes to my team scoring. I feel I've built an ability to force a shot, especially in a clutch moment.
I am also committed to sportsmanship. I've never had a technical or any issue with a ref. I play hard and unrelenting but have a high standard in my own sense of discipline, control, and respect toward others.
My academics speak for themselves. I'm well-read, an entrepreneur who started my own business in high school, maintain my 4.0, and am deeply committed to my faith in Jesus Christ.
I would love the opportunity to play college basketball.
