Joshua Gatewood '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello to all the college coaches out there my name is Joshua Gatewood And I’m here to tell you guys about my career and goals that follow me. First and foremost I am a basketball player from Pine bluff Arkansas, a decent sized city where I come from sports here is very high and competitive but the criminal ways of our city makes us athletes not get any exposure because they are nervous about our city. I am a student athlete, I enjoy being in books rather than partying, doing the drugs and other things that doesn’t have anything to do with my career. I graduated high school in 2022 from Friendship aspire academy southeast, with honors and a 2.8 Gpa. I feel I’m a great leader on the court and outside of it I’m very coachable not looking to be the coach if that’s makes sense I have a pretty good skill set humbly, I also had gotten a scholarship from lane college university in Jackson Tennessee but I didn’t feel Tennessee was a Great fit for me. But overall I’m a very funny cool person to meet I’m my own character.
