Cheikh Gueye '20 Recruiting Profile

I've been playing basketball since I was nine years old and although I didn't have a natural feel for the game, one thing that separated me from my peers was my work ethic. Every year, I have made large improvements to my game and I continue to build on it.  From being cut from the 8th-grade basketball team and barely making the freshman team my freshman year, I have transformed into being a starter and one of the leaders on the varsity team my junior and senior year. I look to bring the same work ethic with me into college not only on the court, but off the court as well. I promise to work hard in the classroom along with bringing a lot of energy to the team.
