Antonio Martinez '23 Recruiting Profile

Coaches, 

    My name is Antonio I want to first thank you for viewing my NCSA profile.  I am student athlete who loves the sport of basketball.  I am shooting guard that has been playing organized basketball since the 2nd grade.  I come from an athletic family which has multiple High School Basketball coaches and players some whom have played college ball.  While learning the game I have played all the basketball positions from Point guard to a Post player.  As a student of the game I believe that this has helped develop my basketball I.Q. which I will continue to grow. 

    I consider myself a very coach-able and self-motivated hard worker.  I take my academics very serious and realize that being a leader in my community is imperative to setting up my family, my team, my coaches and myself for success.  Being a positive role model 100% of the time is sometimes difficult but I feel that I have embraced that challenge.  With a great support system in place and dedication, I believe that my dream of playing basketball at the next level will become reality.  I look forward to hearing from you as I make my way through my basketball journey.
