Personal Statement

Work ethic is huge in my philosophy as a player. I love basketball more than anything and I'm always there for my team whether it is getting into the gym with them, or just there for help. I have persevered through many disciplines as well as dyslexia through my years and I'm always looking to learn, especially when coached or given advice. I would love for my favorite sport to be a way for me to earn a great education for after college. Ninety high school players from across Colorado converged on Green Mountain High School Saturday for Day 1 of the Colorado Elite Camp. The CEC is a a two day camp with games on day 1 and then concludes on day 2 with skills and drills in the morning session and games in the afternoon session. Saturday Standouts - 2016’s: 6’8 F Connor McCord – Legend Had a double -double day. McCord was good finishing around the basket and rebounding. Active on defense. Played with awareness and confidence.

Invite-only all-star games. 1 game per class 2016 F/C 6’7 Connor McCord – Legend McCord seems to have gotten comfortable shooting 3’s but his strength still lies within the paint. McCord was good about creating target for the guards to hit and was active on the boards at both ends of the floor.
