Johnie Chattman '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Johnie Chattman. I play as a small forward and plan on taking basketball onto the college level and eventually to the professional level. I will always put in the work to get to my goal. I loved the game of basketball for the longest time, as long as I can remember. I was always drawn to playing basketball over the other sports that I have participated in throughout my lifetime. What makes me a good candidate for your team is that I can perform when needed, I am very coachable and I enjoy playing and the process to get where I need to be. What makes me different from other recruits in character is my attitude to the coaches, my teammates, workouts, and even losing will always remain positive and open for growth. I think that concerning athletics, I am not much different from other athletes when it comes to physique however I think that I have a chance to grow in my athleticism. My academics are above average. I think that my GPA gives me an edge over some other recruits when it comes to the academic aspect.
