I aim to bring leadership and effort to every team that I’m on by showing how hard of a worker I can be. Day in, day out I’m giving 100 percent effort to set an example for those around me. I’ve always been told “you don’t have to be the loudest to be a leader, just by working hard and doing the right things people will naturally follow you” and I look to carry this out thoroughly.
