De?Andre Wooten '24 Recruiting Profile

I hope to receive a scholarship to a nice program with good facilities. I hope to thrive and work hard so I can get better at the sport I love. My goal is to eventually go to higher level programs and make it professionally if I have the talent. I am a good candidate for teams because I am a pass first defensive minded point guard. I enjoy making my teammates better and being a leader on the floor. I pride myself in defense and getting clean stops so we have a better chance at winning games. I was also nominated 2nd team all region after missing half of our season games due to injury. I am different from other recruits because I am coachable and listen. I was taught at a young age that no coaches wants to teach someone who doesn't want to listen. I am also different because I go to the number 2 ranked school in Georgia. It is a magnet school called Columbus High School and I maintain an 3.7GPA.  I have been inducted into the Beta Club and the NSHSS.
