I'm Ryan White and I attend Fayette County High School in Fayetteville, Georgia. I've been playing soccer since I was 6 and basketball when I was 9. From the moment I kicked the soccer ball or dribbled a basketball, it just felt right. It felt like I was meant to pursue it and continue to play it. When I play either sport, I play to win. While winning is nice, losing is a part of the game. I play to learn from my mistakes, get better at the game itself, and become a leader and a team player for myself and my teammates. When I do play the game, I play with a villain mentality. What I mean by that is, I've always been doubted because of my height and size. So, when I step on the pitch, I don't just play to win, I play to make a point and to show everyone to stop doubting me. Winning is just the cherry on top.
