My career goal is to study Mathematics in College and play professional basketball.
Although I started organized later, I have made tremendous progress in my skills. I am 6’7” and still growing. Initially, I played post but made the transition to forward and guard last year. I have been on the Mid-Pacific Varsity since freshman year. I became a varsity starter at the start of my sophomore year. I recognized as a sophomore as a state honorable mention. This year I lead the team in scoring, rebounds and blocks. I was selected to play in the inaugural Hawaii Boys Basketball All Star Gamne on 16 March.
Over the past few years, I have prepared myself physically, mentally and academically to perform well at the college level and beyond. I am a very effective guard/forward with a high basketball IQ who constantly training and learning the game.
I play and practice basketball every day, it’s who I am.
Generally, I have a calm demeanor overall. However, once on the court I transform into a tenacious defender. I am always assigned to guard the opponent’s best player when we are in a man-to-man defense. I am a team-player who shares the ball with my team-mates and constantly drives and dish to the open teammate. Having said that, I will not hesitate to drive to the basket, hustle for the rebound, take the three-point shot during crunch time or do whatever it takes for our team to win games.
I am a coach-able team player who is fortunate enough to have a professional basketball trainer to work with.
I would be honored to be granted an opportunity to attend a school where I can play competitive basketball while achieving my academic goals. Please click the following link to view my most recent highlight reel:
