Dawson Calhoun '24 Recruiting Profile

From the moment I first stepped on the basketball court, I have been determined to play at the collegiate level. I understand that both attending and playing at a college level is a rare opportunity that I will strive to take full advantage of. No matter the division, if it's D1, D2, D3, NAIA, or JUCO I will push and drive myself to be the hardest working athlete on the court and student in the classroom.

I make it a point for myself to be the hardest worker on and off the court. Also, I am a leader who leads by example and motivates my teammates to be the best player they can be. I practice and lift year-round to improve my basketball skills and to get stronger to be able to perform at an extremely high level. 

In the classroom, I always enroll in the most challenging courses to push myself to be the best student I can possibly be. I study hard constantly to maintain a high GPA.

I want to attend the college that is the best fit for me. I am open to all options and I essentially want to find the best college match at the highest level of competition possible. I am determined to make the best decision for myself and my family to help us succeed.
