My goal is to achieve the highest level of success possible for myself and for the team or the institution that I am associated with.  Whether it would be in academics or basketball. No matter what I do I want to be the best at it, if I am competing I want  to win no matter what it takes. If I am taking a test I want to get the highest grade in my class. I love competition! I understand to achieve  my goals I have to be a leader and I am willing to be a leader to help others . If helping others takes extra work I would do it just to see us succeed as a group. I believe hard work  takes 3 important steps determination to achieve goals,  concentration and execution.  Success is the name of the game, LETS WIN!
