Austin Reedy '13 Recruiting Profile

Basketball has been an amazing ride in my life.  I grew up playing all the time, in my driveway, and now in gyms across multiple states.

I've grown my game:   mental toughness, physical toughness,  strength and skills.  I'm coachable and I work hard always.  My best skills are driving and slashing the lane, shooting the 3, and most of all defense.  It is typically my job to guard the best player on the opposing team.  Blocking shots is one of my strongest abilities.

Two years ago I went out for track and discovered another joy, the ability to fly high in high jump as well.  I love it too, but basketball is truly my first love.

I would love for my dream of playing basketball to continue into college, high jump as well if the opportunity presents itself.

I would like to get a degree in Criminal Justice  My goal would be to pursue a career with the Department of Natural Resources.  To work hard not just in basketball but in life overall.
