My name is Jacob O. Keller and I am a sophomore at Fenwick High School in Oak Park, Illinois. I have been involved in organized sports (basketball, football, and baseball) since I was a little boy. I have played at a high level from third grade on (always playing higher than my grade/age), attending several AAU National Championships (5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade), both an Under Armour AYF and Pop Warner National Football Championship. I am a point guard but can play positions 1 thru 4. I hope that I am blessed to play at the highest level collegiate athletics while pursuing a Bachelor of Science with Sports Management as my major, at a college that offers sound academics in addition to highly competitive athletics. I believe with my dedication, work ethic, competitive nature, and athletic abilities I have a lot to offer.
I am a very hard working athlete and student. I continuously strive to make good choices so that I do not embarrass my church, my family, my school, or myself. I realize that as an athlete my actions on and off the court or field have to line up with the expectations and morals I have been reared with. I think it is important and a great opportunity to serve others within and outside of my community. My current teammates and I have made meals for families at Feed My Starving Children during the summer months over the past few years and I am hopeful to find more time to participate in more volunteer activities
