Jake Pygon '18 Recruiting Profile

Coach, I am a true point guard. Love to win and compete!  Believe, my job is to get the ball up the floor and put pressure on the defense. I can handle the ball very well, love to pass and I can score. Defense is a big part of my game as well. Led team in steals! Also, led my High School team in offensive rebounds because I go after the ball when I can.

Highlights for my career:

-Moved up to Varsity as a Freshmen for playoffs. Played Varsity as Soph/Junior year

-Junior year-All Conference, Honorable mention All-Area, CAPTAIN, Team MVP, All tournament at Thanksgiving. Led my team in assists, scoring, steals, offensive rebounds, FG% (83%-2ND in school history behind my head coach)

-Always compete and always a team-player. It is us NOT me. Teammates like to play with me. Proud of this!

My Dad, and two Uncle's played College basketball as does my older brother. I plan on doing the same. Look forward to that challenge. I won't let you down on or off the court.
