Sean Kissel '20 Recruiting Profile

I am attending college to become a pediatric nurse. When I play for a team, it becomes part of my family. I am looking for that kind of environment at the college level. I consider myself a natural leader, while still understanding the importance of respect for the coach. Though I am a three-sport athlete, I have always participated in activities in a variety of areas. I am just as likely to be seen motivating a group of freshman to cheer for the volleyball team as I am to be seen at the free throw line. You may see me behind the soundboard at the school musical, or performing myself in the fall play. While I consider myself to be naturally athletic, I have never made that my whole persona because I truly believe that a well-rounded person is a better person, and a better overall player. Most importantly, I have always focused on my academics first, which I believe is reflected in both my ACT score and my GPA.
