Drake Moore '21 Recruiting Profile

I desire to attend a school where I can get a great education majoring in Business or Aviation while being part of a solid basketball program.  I am a team player who understands what it takes to win championships.  I come from a high school program, under Coach Scott McClelland, where I have been fortunate enough to be a member of the 2018 Boys Basketball State Championship Team and multiple Sectional/Conference Championship Teams.  I know nothing replaces hard work which has led to my ability to become a skilled ball handler, shooter, and defender.  Defensively,  oftentimes, I am assigned the opposing team’s best player and I take great pride in knowing my coaches and teammates trust me with this job.  Academically, I understand the importance my education  plays in my future and this is why I strive to do my best in the classroom.  I currently have a 3.4 GPA and I am ranked 11th in my class at MHS.  I will graduate from MHS in 2021 with a Technical Honors Diploma.
