Thomas Sowoolu '20 Recruiting Profile

I was the team captain for my school Southend High School for Boys. I led them to 3 county championships and was named MVP.   In my final year we made history by winning the Essex cup for which I was also awarded mvp.  I was the captain for Southend Swifts Basketball Club and played for the under 16's, under 18's and men's teams in the same season with the men also winning the Essex cup finals. Again I was named mvp of the tournament . I have been selected to play for the England under 17's team and have also just taken part in Deng Camp Top 50.

My  goals are to compete at the highest level in basketball and graduate as a sports scientist. I love a challenge and great results as it gives me that great sense of achievement .

I am a very good team player and interact well with my team mates and coaches .  Every coach I have had has given me great compliments ,they  tell me I am every coaches dream as I listen to instructions and soak up any feedback given and always research players before games.
