Patience, Perseverance, and Discipline are three things I constantly live by everyday, on and off the court. To me basketball is a sport, but it is also gateway. I know basketball will take me many great places in my life, and I'm ready for whatever road it takes me on. I think what really makes me stand out is the fact that I don't fit in. I've never been your typical textbook student/athlete, nothing has ever been handed to me, and it is because of that reason that I excel and leave everything on the court when I play. Outside of the 4 lines of the basketball court, I'm inside the 4 walls of a classroom. My hunger for knowledge and my need for a good education are my top priority. I just know that wherever I go, I can, and will perform at my highest level, with a ball in my right hand, and a textbook in my left.
