Brendan Hempstead '15 Recruiting Profile

I aspire to be able to play basketball one day at the collegiate level. I have a great outside shot that can stretch the D out and I am great at getting to the bucket and drawing fouls. In college I would like to study journalism or some form of mathematics. I'm not sure specifically which field of mathematics I would want to study right now, but I know I do want to study some form of math. I lost my father when I was 15 years old due to cancer but before he died he instilled great character and great work ethic in me. I can't promise I will be the best at everything, no one is, but I can promise I will try my absolute hardest to get better at anything.
