Colin Weber '21 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6'4" point guard that loves the game of basketball.  As a freshman, I played on the high school varsity basketball team as the starting point guard.  This current AAU season I am playing on The Family from Detroit.  In the past, I have played on a AAU travel basketball team where I played up (usually a grade higher than my current grade).  My experience in playing against older and more experienced players has made me a better all around player.  I have also played on a travel baseball team (also playing up) and have played football for the last 5 years. Although I enjoy playing baseball and football, my passion has always been basketball.  When I am not playing or training for the current sport in season, you will find me on the basketball court.

Academics are very important to me.  I take challenging classes, hold myself to a high standard, and have a 3.8 GPA.

I am looking for a college where I can find the right balance between the classroom and basketball court.  Ideally, my athletic environment would be one where I could make an immediate impact on the team.
