Basketball has always been important to me since I started playing the sport. I’ve always been a tough competitor and pushing myself past my limits to better myself and my teammates. I work as hard as I can to make sure that my teammates and my coaches can always depend on me. As a basketball player, my goal is to earn a Division I scholarship for basketball; ever since I was in elementary school I’ve always wanted to be a college basketball player. My goals motivate me to go beyond my limits so that I can be a great leader for my team and a better player.
As well as pushing myself to play at the highest level, academic excellence is also something that has always been preached to me by my family, and something I personally strive for as well. Since I was in elementary school, my parents always made sure that school came first for me and made sure I knew the importance of academics. Now, academic excellence is a personal goal I strive for, I currently attend the Math & Science Academy in Minnesota with a 4.0 GPA.
I always make sure that I am performing to the best of my ability both athletically and academically. I appreciate you taking the time to view my profile and hope that you found interest.
