Personal Statement

I want to go to either play for a D1 or D2 school while studying law and business. I think I would be a good fit because I am a hard worker and I stay away from trouble and I’m always in the gym trying to get better. Plus I’ve learned from all my past issues that if I stay in the gym then I can’t get caught up doing something. I’m very coachable and sportsman like. As you may already know, Basketball is a huge part of my life and it has helped form me into the person I am today. Playing basketball has taught me discipline, toughness, responsibility, and a good work ethic. I realize that not everyone is blessed with talents or opportunities to play basketball at the college level, so I want to use my gifts and continue to play, and at the same time continue my education.
