My name is Caden Paxton; I am in the class of 2023 and starting my sophomore year at Windsor High School, in Windsor, MO. I am a switch hitter and a right hand thrower. My primary position is catcher and my secondary positions are RHP, 1st and 3rd base. I started playing when I was 3 and have the loved the game ever since. I have a great work ethic and I am always trying to improve my skill and knowledge of the game. I always make sure I get my job done in the classroom, and both on/off the field. I'm different from other athletes because I love putting in work for school and sports on my own time. Also I will never back down from a challenge and love to play with a lot of pressure. Someone might have more skill then me, but no-one will out work or out hustle me. A quote that always reminds me to stay motivated to work harder than others is “Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard,” as quoted by Tim Notke. I like to consider myself a very electric player, I play the game 110% all the time no matter if my team is losing by 10 or winning by 10. I will always do my job to lead the infield and the rest of my team as a catcher.
