Colt Hando '22 Recruiting Profile

As a senior of the class of 2022 at Shepherd High School playing basketball has been what I love. I continue to love the game more and more everyday and with that I am hoping to continue my career in college. I have played basketball since I was in 2nd grade continuing to grow my game. I was the captain of the varsity basketball team starting since I was a sophomore in 2019.  Not being able to start my freshman year led me to working hard as ever to get there my sophomore year. I have always workEd hard on and off the court to gain the greatness I am looking for. As a player I am a great scorer in the paint and can rebound very well along with finding my teammates open. I am looking for the opportunity to be a part of a program that fits me and I can find myself fitting in on and off the court.

As a player I have learned respect for the game along with coaches. I have found the ability to gain greatness where I want…the basketball court. As a basketball player, I learned responsibility, drive, hunger, and determination which are all important for me to be successful.
