I am a high school athlete who is very interested in playing in next level basketball. I started playing as a youth in elementary, but this sport stood out to me and seemed really enjoyable. I didn't play varsity until I was a sophomore because of coaches rule, but when I played junior varsity I had an average of 16.8 points per game. I started dunking as a sophomore, but I didn't just rely and focus on dunking, I also worked very hard on my 3 point skills and ball handling skills. I keep my grades up in school to a B average so i can keep playing basketball throughout my high school year. The field of study I want to go into is criminal justice. The thing that stands out about me is that I grew up in a very small town in Nebraska and I had no opportunities to play AAU basketball (other than CNBA), so i've taken it upon myself to build up my skills and put in a bunch of work, effort, and dedication to get better.
