Evan Jacobsen '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Evan Jacobsen. I'm from Hopkinton, New Hampshire and attend Hopkinton High School. I played Varsity basketball this year as a sophomore.  I am a 6'1" stretch forward who can play both the 4 and the 3 positions. I am known for being one of the hardest workers on my team and am extremely dedicated and a loyal teammate. Even though I am undersized, I can compete with many players bigger than me, and can guarantee that I will play with the most heart and passion every time I step on the court.  I also was awarded with the highest shooting percentage on the team this year. I score the majority of my points either by midrange or 3pt jumpshots, but also have a strong post presence. I am an honor role student with a 3.6 - 3.7 GPA and was chosen by my teachers to attend an Athletic/Academic leadership conference earlier this year.  I am also a 3 sport athlete,  playing Varsity football and baseball. It has been a life long dream to play college basketball, and I personally believe that I could bring a lot to a college program.
