Jesse Matthews '18 Recruiting Profile

I was evaluated by Coach Tom Kuyper of NCSA, ESPN and former player at Arizona State University and European Professional Basketball.  Since I was very young I have always been very athletic and fluid in all sports but especially in basketball.  I am a dynamic scorer, but I do what ever is necessary to ensure my team wins. On the court I score and rebound my position well.  I thrive on high level competition and pressure situations. I never back down to any challenge and always want to compete against the best so I can be the best.  I would love to play for a team that creates a feeling of family. I am willing to take instruction, I am very coachable and seek to improve my abilities every day.  Academics are very important to me.  I apply myself in the classroom and make sure I take care of business.   In college I want to be successful in the classroom and on the court to take my team to the next level.  I can do this and I want to form long lasting relationships in the process.
