Hello Coaches,

My name is Jackson Kingsley. I'm currently a junior at Cheverus High School in Portland, Maine. I've played soccer since I was four years old and have been involved in club soccer at GPS and Seacoast United for the last eight years. I currently play for the Varsity team at Cheverus and for the U18/U19 Premier team at Seacoast United. I've always aspired to play competitively at the highest level. I hope to attend a college that offers a strong and competitive soccer and academic program. I strive to be the best at everything I do and I want to push myself both athletically and academically.

As a winger, I use my crossing ability, vision, speed, and foot skills to create scoring opportunities for my teammates as well as myself. For my last several seasons at Seacoast and GPS, I've been one of the leaders in goals and assists for my team.  I always try to encourage others to put our team first and to focus on improving what's needed for us to succeed as a team. As a player and as a teammate, I'm not truly happy with the result of a game unless we played to our best abilities. I expect both my teammates and I to improve each game. I recognize that there will be adversities to overcome along the way. However, my teammates and I can't allow setbacks to prevent us from reaching our ultimate goals.
