Education first, I've always lived by it and will always continue to live by it. Which is why college is a must without a doubt for me. However, basketball has been something I've loved ever since the day I touched a ball. There's just something about being out there on the court giving it your all. Playing with people who you may not even know, but once you touched the court you are brothers. Making sure your brothers on your left and right get theirs. Some of my goals and aspirations are to be able to major in either computer science or electrical engineering to get my degree, while being able to play the game I love. There are thousands of recruits out there in the world, but something that differentiates me from others is my character and attitude to the game. I do not take this game lightly, in fact to most people it is just a game, but to me its a mentality, a lifestyle. There are lessons I have learned from this sport that not everyone learns. I have learned what it feels like to lose, to win, to live with a mistake. These are all lessons that this sport teaches you, it showed me how the only thing you can control is you and your attitude. Which is why I think I am a good fit to play at the next level. In terms of athleticism, I am 6'5 180lbs two-way small forward who is a defense first type of player and still expected to grow. I started off High School as a small 5'7 140lbs point, but had major growth spurts, entering my sophomore year at 5'11 150lbs, and my junior year 6'3 165 lbs. Academic wise I attend a technical school in NJ, which is known for its academic success, where I am 64 out of 361 students all while attaining a 4.0 GPA, now enrolled in dual enrollment courses with Rowan College of South Jersey.
