Kevin Early '20 Recruiting Profile

    I am a shooting guard for the Williamsville East Varsity Basketball team. I am an honor roll student with a 4.0 GPA and am really looking forward to furthering my education at a quality college or university as well as continuing to grow personally and athletically. I am looking for the opportunity to contribute to the overall success of the basketball team in addition to the college itself, in whatever capacity I can or am needed to.

    What sets me apart from other recruits is my tenacity and overall effort and grit. When I first started playing basketball, before my offensive ability developed further, I was always the hustle player. I was the first person on the ground for a loose ball. I was always the top choice to lock down the other team's leading scorer on defense. And as my offensive ability reached a higher level, I still kept these traits. Now, in addition to being any teams hustle player, I am also a pure, knock-down shooter. Shooting the ball is something I continue to work at and am able to do so at a high level. 

    Academically, I want a school that I can thrive at. A school that will challenge me and help me get the most out of my education. I want a school that will prepare me adequately for my future in the workplace. I am interested in majoring in Biochemical Engineering.

    All things considered, I believe I have a lot to offer to a college academically as well as athletically to its basketball program. I would encourage you to reach out to my coaches for feedback on me as a student-athlete and my character.
