George Proctor '24 Recruiting Profile

I'm George and I am a junior from a small town in upstate NY. I was never a kid that enjoyed school but when basketball came into my life it gave me a lot more motivation. I play as a center and power forward- but I think what makes me a good candidate for any team is that I am a versatile player and willing to cover whatever position I am needed. I think what differentiates me from other players is that I put all of my energy into every play, I always am willing to take criticism to make my game better or even give advice to help my teammate be better. Win or lose I always want to be better, learn more and do better. I think that overall, I defend and care for my teammates like family. Academically I think I differ because there are subjects in school that I tend to struggle in but when it comes to the game I get through my struggles and use basketball as motivation. I hope to go to school for business.
