Shakir Mas '19 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing basketball since the age 7 but, I did not play school ball until middle school for The Triad Math and Science Academy. In 7th grade, we had an undefeated season and won the conference championship. I, then became the captain in 8th grade. I averaged 19 point per game and 5 assists. We had a good season but we did not reach the conference championship. I also won MVP that season. I then moved to AAU basketball for the Carolina Thunder. We went to plenty of tournaments and I averaged 17 points for them. I did not play in my freshmen year because of the Chaos between the coaches, so I dropped out that year. This year (2017) I am trying to find a new team and continue my basketball career!
