Zachary Skogen '24 Recruiting Profile

I have always loved to play basketball ever since I was little, I really started to focus on it the summer after my Freshman year.  I have learned a lot about myself while on this journey, a key takeaway is that dedication to specific skills has helped me achieve some of my many goals. One of my goals is academics, I want to continue to be on the honor roll in High School and maintain a high GPA through college. The main obstacle I and everyone have had to overcome would be the Covid pandemic. The Covid pandemic has taught me to be grateful for the opportunities and chances we have had. One of my best skills I would say would be the ability to read the floor well.  I also like to review films on myself as well as study other players and opponents to see how we match up against them.  How to guard them and increase my team's chances of being successful. I am always looking to get better and will do what it takes to get where I want to be.
