Lucas Southers '27 Recruiting Profile

I am a hard-working teammate who will do whatever it takes to improve both my team and myself as a player. I want to play college basketball and will put in the work to make it happen.

I play extremely hard defense and always get asked by my coaches to guard the opponents top offensive player. I am an excellent rebounder and am tough to guard. I can drive to the basket, shoot outside or behind the 3-point line, or facilitate to my teammates. I have a strong work ethic, good court vision and a high basketball IQ.

I work extremely hard to improve my team, my teammates and myself. I attend numerous camps in the summer and aside from my school team I have played spring and summer AAU since 4th grade. I can play all five positions on the court but am most effective in the 1-4 positions.
