Nicholas Langenderfer '21 Recruiting Profile

I am the type of person who shoots and works on stickwork in rain or shine. I always put 100% effort into both athletics and academics. I respect the fact that school comes first. I was born with a heart defect in which my arteries were on the wrong side which required them to flip in a surgery known as the "Transposition of the Great Arteries". My surgeon told my parents that the only reason I survived was because I was so strong. I am lucky to have survived the surgery and know that God let me live for a reason that I have not yet figured out. I know that I am making the most of this gift.
