I believe that my leadership qualities are beyond many. I know how important it is to communicate with my team on and off the floor so that we can build chemistry and succeed in places that many cannot. I love to share the wealth on the floor by getting my teammates involved. It gives them confidence and we need that from everyone on the team. Lastly i see myself as a very coachable athlete because I value the importance of learning to help myself improve but also those around me.
